Michael Beck - PeeWee A Assistant Coach

Michael Beck - PeeWee A Assistant Coach

Coaching Philosophy:

From an assistant coach perspective, I try to focus more on the smaller aspects of the game.  I enjoy working individually with the players between shifts and during drills.  When I run practices, I try to focus on skills, power skating, and positional play. Playing most of my youth hockey as a forward, I focus more on the offensive part of the game. On or off the ice, I try to keep things positive with the parents and the boys.
